Calibre Menswear sought to improve the online shopping experience for their customers, from homepage to checkout. Whether their customers were browsing online or in-store, the Calibre team wanted the same level of quality, premium customer experience across all touchpoints and channels.
Custom App Development
We replatformed Calibre’s website to Shopify Plus allowing for better scalability and ease of use than their previous platform. This meant that their in-house team could manage campaigns and content quickly and easily, from campaign banners to product descriptions.
We set up an Apparel21 integration to leverage Shopify Plus features and support for omni-channel features, like click and collect and online/in-store gift cards.
Finally, we worked closely with the ecommerce consultancy team at Practicology to implement their customer experience and design recommendations for Calibre’s website from navigation to product listing pages.
